Arena Ticket Distribution Program

One of the most popular community-based programs is the Arena Authority's Arena Ticket Distribution program. Introduced in 1993, the program provides tickets to HP Pavilion at San Jose for municipal purposes in accordance with guidelines approved by the San Jose City Council.

The framework of the program allows applicants access to the Pavilion under the following program criteria:

  • Ceremonial Occasions
  • Official Welcoming of Visiting Dignitaries
  • Economic Development Outreach
  • Recognition for Direct Involvement in City-related Projects or Programs

The Authority administers access to a Pavilion suite located along the public concourse of HP Pavilion at San Jose. The suite is finely appointed with maple finishes, black leather couches, a refrigerator, sink, two televisions and a private bathroom. Seating in the suite can accommodate up to 24 patrons. Additionally, the Authority also distributes sixteen (16) seats in the Pavilion Club seating area.
